We are looking forward to welcome academic and research community to the beautiful city of Zagreb that has been voted the best Christmas market in Europe three times in a row (2015, 2016 & 2017). International scientific conference Trade Perspectives 2025 will be held for the sixteenth consecutive year and continues on gathering scholars and professionals to exchange new ideas, research insights and best practices.
The Conference will be held on 4th and 5th of December 2025 at The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia. The aim of the Conference is to explore how global trade and business practices can adapt to the challenges of a rapidly changing environment. The Conference will provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas on the role of sustainability, digital innovation, and organizational resilience in shaping competitive strategies and international markets. At the Conference, as well it will be discussed about sustainable supply chains, the impact of emerging technologies on global commerce, green transition in trade and retail, risk management in turbulent environments, and the development of resilient business models for the future of international business.
During the Conference a round table on the theme ''Challenges and risk management in global trade'' will be held. The round table discussion will feature managers, directors, and experts from leading Croatian companies and academic institutions.
Authors will have possibility to opt for online presentation. Conference Proceedings will be published by the end of the January 2026.
Conference Proceedings of previous years are indexed in EconLit and JEL and this year will be submitted for indexation as well.
